Early in 2018, independent researcher Jean Ward proclaimed he found a new face nestled among pyramidal formations; much like the complex found in Cydonia. Here is a crop of a MRO HiRISE CTX image (D04_028612_1764_XN_03S222W) showing a three-sided pyramidal formation, a foot and a face that Ward calls Chewbacca. The formations are located just north of Gale crater, in the Elysium Planitia area of Mars. I have labeled these formations A, B and C (Figure 1). Figure 1 The Chewbacca Outpost Detail MRO HiRISE CTX D04_028612_1764_XN_03S222W (2012) A. Three-sided Pyramid B. Human Foot C. Chewbacca BTW, This site is not too far from The Raptor Zone Complex. Here is a closer look at the Three-sided Pyramid (Figure 2). Figure 2 Three-side pyramid Detail MRO HiRISE CTX D04_028612_1764_XN_03S222W (2012) Notice the triangular, teardrop-shape with very sharp angles along its spines sits right on the rim of the large crater. How did that happen? GJH

taking a closer look at the Three-sided Pyramid, notice its northern point rest right on the edge of a large impact crater (Figure 3). It appears that this pyramidal formation was 'built" on top of the ejecta blanket (note: color wash). Figure 3 Three-side Pyramid - Crater Left: Detail MRO HiRISE CTX D04_028612_1764_XN_03S222W (2012) Center Angles outlined Right: Ejecta blanket (Color Wash) So, what came first, the crater or the pyramid? Your thoughts. GJH

When a cardinal line is extended up through the Three-Sided Pyramid (Figure 4) and across the large crater, along a northern axis, the main spine of the pyramid is off nadir by 19.5 degrees (Figure 4). Figure 4 Three-sided Pyramid - Sacred Geometry Detail MRO HiRISE CTX D04_028612_1764_XN_03S222W (2012) Notated by GJH. So, what are the odds of finding such sacred geometry being embedded in the pristine remains of a Three-sided pyramid - resting on the rim of a large crater at 19.5 degrees (AKA the message of Cydonia)? The 19.5 alignment between the large crater and the Three-side Pyramid at Elysium is reminiscent of the same 19.5 alignment between a small pyramid sitting on a crater rim in Cydonia (Figure 5). Figure 5 Tetrahedral Alignment at Cydonia Detail Viking 35A74. Notation by RCH Richard Hoagland’s image shows the tetrahedral alignment between the Tholus mound (bottom of image) at Cydonia with a small pyramid on the rim of a large crater and a formation called the Cliff. The angle measures 19.5 – the message of Cydonia. GJH

anyone notice the octagonal shapes and angled corners in some of the surrounding 'craters'?

Here is a closer look at the Human Foot geoglyph (Figure 6). Figure 6 Human Foot geoglyph Detail MRO HiRISE CTX D04_028612_1764_XN_03S222W (2012) Notice the thick heel and arch of the foot. The large toe is pointed up exposing the rounded toe joint at the base. The foot ends just above the ankle, as if it was severed off. There is a small crater set within the center of the ankle and two small mounds sit just outside the foot suggesting an Achilles tendon and bone fragments. GJH

Here is a comparison of the Human Foot at Elysium with an artist drawing of an actual human foot (Figure 7).
