Here is a highly symmetrical structure in the Terra Cimmeria region of Mars that has an irregular, trapezoid shape. Palapa Mound It resembles the Pizza Hut logo and the pyramidal shape of a Mexican hat called a Palapa, therefor I have call this structure the Palapa Mound. GJH

The Palapa Mound shows signs of extensive damage. The eastern corner appears to have been torn off and there is a large gaping hole on the eastern side that exposes the formations infrastructure. Palapa Mound GJH

Here is a quick study of the symmetry and internal geometry observed within the Palapa Mound. Palapa Mound I suggest that the missing corner of the triangular segment on the lower, eastern side of the Palapa Mound was "blown off" during some ancient conflict, which also exposed the interior infrastructure and the small mound and rubble below it is the remains of that corner.
