Artifact showing a carved face and fully articulated huminod

I found this artifact that looks like a fully carved face with a fully proportional and articulated humanoid standing next to the face . I posted an original pic of the artifact along with two pictures that I enhanced myself . One showing a mirror image , the left being the original and the right being the same picture with my overlay of with what I believe I see carved into the object .

Although I like your drawing, I think the formation you are looking at is highly reflective and too blurry to reveal any recognizable image.
