After 16 fucking years of Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter being at Mars, we FINALLY are graced with yet another HIRISE image for the Face at Cydonia. 16 years after the 1st HIRISE Cydonia Face image was given. This is NOT progress! www.uahirise.org/ESP_080535_2210

View AttachmentBifurcated Face on Mars (2023) Left: Humanoid side (Duplicated) Center: Humanoid and Feline Mask Right: Feline side (Duplicated) GJH Hey George - I posted this on my Mars group but wanted to mention here. I believe this represents the ancient Sirian Feline race. Your bifurcation doesn't quite capture their regal, fierce but loving energy. These guys are the ones the Reptilian races are afraid of.. Hi Andrew Lane. Over the years there has been much confusion on where the facial split is between the Humanoid and Feline sides of the Cydonia Face. When examining the Cydonia Face, its demarcation line is directly down the center of the entire face. It begins at the top of the partial image of the Tri-Leaf Emblem, at the dot "marker" on the forehead on the left side. The line runs down to the small vertical bar "marker" at the bottom of the face, within the chin area (Figure 1). Figure 1 The Cydonia Face Demarcation Left: Demarcation markers (highlighted by dot at top and bottom of the face) Right: Demarcation Line. GJH

Here are three examples of Pre-Columbian two-faced masks, featuring a human side and a feline side (Figure 2). Notice the first example shows the feline side has a flailing tongue. Figure 2 Pre-Columbian two-faced masks GJH

Here is a color-wash version of the Feline side of the Cydonia Face highlighting its Mesoamerican motifs (Figure 4). Notice the worn down Deer Antler Crown at the top of the head on its left and right sides, the Flaming Serpent Eye, the central head-on view of an Eagle Glyph, and the zig-zag shaped lion mane along the neck line. The facial features also include a jeweled, flailing tongue, which also serves as the head of an Opened Winged Owl that conflated into the mane area. Returning to the Humanoid side of the Cydonia Face, here is the Tri-Leaf Crown Emblem, located at the center of the forehead (Figure 5). Taking another look at the Humanoid Eye, notice the highly reflective Deer Effigy embedded within the eyebrow area (Figure 7). Figure 7 Deer Effigy Detail of MRO HiRISE image of the Cydonia Face (2023) The Deer Effigy includes a head with a muzzle, eye, jaw line, erect ear and single antler. Here are two examples of Deer Serpents produced by the Aztec and Mississippian Indians (Figure 8). They are almost identical to their Cydonia companion. Figure 8 Deer Serpents GJH

Many early researchers thought the flanged headdress on the Cydonia Face looked Egyptian, however here are two examples of Mesoamerican headdress - that look Egyption (Figure 10). Figure 10 Flanged Headdress Left: Olmec Right: Aztec GJH

Moving now over to the Feline side of the Cydonia Face, I will begin by taking a closer look at the eye feature (Figure 11). The eye form takes on the shape of a serpent head with a flailing tongue (Figure 12). Notice the eye on the left side.
