On July 30th the University of Arizona HiRISE team released a "false color" image of the feline side of the Face on Mars. This is not a new image - but a colorized version of the original April 2007 image. Note: the media has been reporting that this "new" image proves the Face to be a "pile of rocks" however they are only... showing a small crop of the muzzle area in their reports (with no link to the full image).
