Back in 2001 Keith Laney discovered the ruins of a Martian Metropolis - that he compared to the ruins in Giza. Note the common infrastructure. GJH

I found another set of ruins in the lower portion of the original SP2-54006 image back in 2000 that are located below the Metropolis ruins. These ruins are angel shaped...so I called it Angel City.

Besides the Giza comparison of the Martian Metropolis the formation also looks like the ruins found at an archaeological sites in Peru known as Kenko The overall formation looks like a complex set of walls, steps, foundations and niches designed as a maize of shapes - some looking like animals. GJH
