Back in 2001 Keith Laney discovered the ruins of a Martian Metropolis - that he compared to the ruins in Giza.  Note the common infrastructure. GJH |

I found another set of ruins in the lower portion of the original SP2-54006 image back in 2000 that are located below the Metropolis ruins. These ruins are angel shaped...so I called it Angel City.  |

Besides the Giza comparison of the Martian Metropolis the formation also looks like the ruins found at an archaeological sites in Peru known as Kenko  The overall formation looks like a complex set of walls, steps, foundations and niches designed as a maize of shapes - some looking like animals.
